The Oner's Painting and Remodeling team did an exceptional job painting the exterior of our large three story brick and shingle Victorian house, as well and our separate carriage house with a garage. We are thrilled with the quality of their work, their communication, and professionalism of the entire team. This was a complicated job that used 4-5 different colors on a very tall house. We were highly specific about highlighting architectural details. The owner worked with us to understand exactly what we wanted and his team completed the job as soon as the weather permitted. They power washed, scraped and primed both houses, caulked all the holes, and did carpentry work wherever needed. Throughout an over 2 week period, the owner communicated frequently to ensure every last detail was being done to our satisfaction. Each day they cleaned up any debris and trash. We had extensive masonry work being done on the chimneys at the same time, Oner's Painting worked around this and made a plan to paint our chimneys after this was done. The owner suggested we paint our porch floors a different color than we originally planned and it definitely improved the overall look on both houses.
